<p>日々生きてると<br>誰かのちょっとした言動に<br>ひどく傷つくことって、ありますね。</p>



<p>日ごろお仕事で、心理学とか、人間関係とか<br>コミュニケーションとかを扱っている私でも<br>普通にあるものです。</p>



<p>私はSNSに<br>心理カウンセラーとしてのアカウントの他に<br>「花おっさん画家」としてのアカウントも<br>持っています。</p>



<p>つい先日<br>「花おっさん画家」のほうのアカウントで<br>ひどく傷つく経験をしました。</p>



<p>どうもSNS上で</p>



<p>「絵力がないよね〜」</p>



<p>とせせら笑われたようなのです。</p>



<p>「どうも〜ようなのです」<br>と書いたのは</p>



<p>私のことなのかどうか<br>１００パーセント確信が持てないからです。</p>



<p>その人は、今まで<br>直接やりとりしたことのない<br>全く知らない人です。</p>



<p>私がフォローしている人と<br>つながっているだけです。</p>



<p>私の投稿へのコメントではなく<br>そのフォローしている人の投稿への<br>コメントでした。<br>（だけど、元の投稿は<br>投稿主さんの絵力が話題になるような<br>内容ではなかった。）</p>



<p>「絵力がね〜w」<br>とせせら笑っているコメントに<br>私の名前は入っていません。</p>



<p>いわゆる「エアリプ」と<br>似たような感じでしょうか。<br>（ちょっとズルいやり方よね＾＾；）</p>



<p>だから<br>誰の絵力のなさを笑っているのかは<br>外見上は全く不明なのです。</p>



<p>でも<br>そのコメントが入ったタイミングや状況<br>それぞれの人のつながりなどを見れば</p>



<p>まあ、たぶん私のことなんだろうな〜</p>



<p>って思ったんですよ。</p>



<p>絵力ないのは<br>言われなくても分かってますよ。</p>



<p>絵を描きはじめて<br>まだ３年ほどなんですから。<br>（しかも、テクニック的なことは<br>ほとんど教わってない。）</p>



<p>そして、だからこそ<br>どんどん描いて、いろいろ試して<br>絵力をつけていってるところです。</p>



<p>「絵力がない」って言われたからって<br>いちいち落ち込む必要なんてないのですよ。</p>



<p>でもね〜</p>



<p>「落ち込む必要がない」<br>って分かってはいても<br>落ち込むときは落ち込みますよね〜＾＾；<br>（しかも今回は、完全に油断してたw）</p>



<p>なので、この日は<br>朝にそのコメントを見つけてから<br>めちゃめちゃやさぐれてましてん。</p>



<p>「もう何もする気になれんわ」って。<br>（いや、仕事しろw）</p>



<p>ただ、落ち込みながらも<br>少し落ち着いてきたタイミングで</p>



<p>「もうそのことはちょっと横に置いて<br>自分の発信をしよう」</p>



<p>と思ったんです。</p>



<p>前日、木の板に<br>下地を塗る作業をしていたので<br>そのことを投稿してみました。</p>



<p>ただ真っ白になった<br>板の写真をアップしただけの<br>なんのことはない投稿です。<br>（めっちゃやさぐれてたから<br>外に向かってオープンになるのは<br>これが精いっぱいだった。）</p>

<p>これまた全く知らない人から</p>



<p>「下地を平らにするなら<br>紙やすりもいいけど<br>スコッチブライトなどの研磨スポンジも<br>使いやすいですよ☆」</p>



<p>というアドバイスのコメントが！？</p>



<p>研磨スポンジの情報も<br>ありがたかったんですが<br>（台所用スポンジが<br>絵の下地づくりに使えるとは！？）</p>



<p>それよりも何よりも</p>



<p>コメントの最後に添えられた</p>



<p>「素敵な作品ができるといいですね」</p>



<p>という言葉が<br>朝の出来事で落ち込んでいた私にとっては<br>ものすんごい救いになりました。</p>



<p>絵力のなさをせせら笑う人もいるけど<br>こうして温かく見守って<br>応援してくれる人もいる。</p>



<p>あまりにも嬉しくて<br>うっかりハートが開いたものだから<br>（このへんは、単純というか<br>チョロいというか・・・w）</p>



<p>返信の中で、ごくざっくりですが<br>朝にあった出来事を愚痴ったところ</p>



<p>なんとこの方も、昔は<br>油絵をずっと描いていたそうで<br>その経験から</p>



<p>「絵の評価は<br>人によって大きく異なります。</p>



<p>あのゴッホだって、生前は<br>全く評価されなかった<br>というのは有名な話です。</p>



<p>だから<br>人の評価なんてアテにならなくて<br>大事なのは”好き”という気持ちだけ。</p>



<p>これからも<br>ひどいことを言う人は出てくると思いますが<br>自分の&#8221;好き&#8221;を<br>突き詰めていけばいいと思います」</p>



<p>とお返事をくださいました。</p>



<p>おおお、なんと！ありがたい！</p>



<p>神か！？神ですか！？</p>



<p>捨てる神あれば、拾う神あり</p>



<p>ならぬ</p>



<p>捨てる「おっさん」あれば<br>拾う「おっさん」あり<br>（せせら笑った人も、励ましてくれた人も<br>どちらも「おっさん」でしたw）</p>



<p>しかも、ものすんごく不思議なんですが</p>



<p>そんなやりとりを<br>コメント欄で交わしているあいだに<br>ちょろちょろと<br>新しくフォローしてくださる方が出てきて</p>



<p>この日だけで、１０人ほど<br>フォロワーさんが増えました！<br>（何がどないなって<br>そうなったのか不明・・・。）</p>



<p>そんなこんなで<br>この日の朝は最悪な気分でしたが、夜は</p>



<p>「いい出会いに恵まれた<br>いい１日だったわ〜♪」</p>



<p>とホクホクした気分で<br>お布団に入ることができました☆</p>



<p>このお話を通して<br>私が貴女にお伝えしたいのは</p>



<p><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-mainttlbg-color"><strong>「ひどく傷ついて、落ち込んだときも</strong><br><strong>ほんのちょっとでいいので</strong><br><strong>目線を上げて、周りを見てみて」</strong></mark></p>



<p>ということ。</p>



<p>心無い誰かの言葉に傷ついて<br>落ち込んだときって</p>



<p>その人だけでなく、周りのみんなに対しても</p>



<p>「どうせみんなも、私のことを<br>そんなふうに思ってるんでしょ」</p>



<p>「どうせ私の味方なんて<br>１人もいないんだ」</p>



<p>っていう気持ちになりますやん。</p>



<p>うん、私も今回そんな感じになった。</p>



<p>そんなときって、どうしても<br>目線は自分の足元の地面にばかり行って<br>周りを見なくなっちゃう。</p>



<p>だけど</p>



<p>しっかり落ち込んで<br>ちょっと落ち着いたタイミングでいいから<br>（しっかり落ち込むことも大事。）</p>



<p>その目線をほんのちょっぴり上げて<br>周りを見てみよう。</p>



<p>私の場合は<br>このタイミングで自分から発信してみて</p>



<p>そこにコメントを寄せてくれた人に<br>もう一度ほんのちょっぴりハートを開いて<br>やりとりをしてみたわけで。</p>



<p>そのおかげで</p>



<p>こんな私でも応援してくれる人がいるんだ</p>



<p>と気づくことができたのです。</p>



<p>貴女が傷ついて落ち込んで周りに心を閉ざして<br>俯いているあいだも</p>



<p>そんな貴女を温かく見守り、応援し<br>味方でいてくれる人が、必ずいますよ。</p>



<p>だけど</p>



<p>貴女が足元の地面ばかり見ていたのでは<br>その人たちから貴女に向けられた<br>温かい眼差しを<br>キャッチすることはできないのです。</p>



<p>ほんのちょっぴりだけ目線を上げて<br>周りを見てみよう。</p>



<p>そこで貴女を<br>待ってくれている人がいるとしたら<br>それは誰ですか？</p>

<p>数日前、キムラ先生（絵の師匠）の<br>オンラインでの個人セッションを受けました。<br>（月１回受けてます。）</p>



<p>この１ヶ月に何をしたかを報告したのですが</p>



<p>んまあ〜、報告することがたくさんありすぎて<br>それだけでセッションの１時間が<br>パッツンパッツンでしたw</p>



<p>「つるちゃんは動きが早いなあ〜！」</p>



<p>って先生から言われましたよ。</p>



<p>昔はこんなんじゃなかったんですよ。</p>



<p>カウンセリングスクールの<br>癒やしのセミナーで<br>ジュン爺（カウンセリングの師匠）の<br>セッションを初めて受けたとき<br>（このときほぼ初対面）</p>



<p>「キミは何をするにも<br>行動するまでに<br>ものすごく時間がかかりますよね」</p>



<p>と言い当てられましてん。</p>



<p>「え、なんで分かるんですか！？」</p>



<p>って驚いたら、ジュン爺</p>



<p>「電柱の影からずっと見てました」</p>



<p>ですってw<br>（んなわけあるかい）</p>



<p>実際<br>ものすんごく動けない人だったんですよ。</p>



<p>でも動けないのには<br>動けない原因がちゃんとあって</p>



<p>その原因を解消する方法や<br>動きやすくするコツなんかもあるわけで</p>



<p>ただそれを知り<br>コツコツ実行してたら<br>「動きが早いな〜！」<br>とまで言われる私になりましてん。</p>



<p>そんな私から</p>



<p>「やりたいことはあっても<br>自分にできる気がしなかったり<br>失敗が怖くて動けない」</p>



<p>という人にまずやっていただきたいことを<br>先日のこちらの記事でお伝えしました↓</p>

<p>自分がこの１年の間に<br>チャレンジしたことなどを書き出してみよう</p>



<p>ということでしたが<br>そこにはいくつかのコツがありましたね。</p>



<p>ここまではもう実行されましたか？</p>



<p>今日は<br>ここからさらにやっていただきたいことを<br>お伝えします。</p>



<p>一生懸命がんばって育てたトマトが実っても<br>それを見ないままでは</p>



<p>「私、みごとにトマトを育て上げたぞ！」</p>



<p>という自信はつかないんですよね。</p>

<p>まずはそれらを収穫し</p>



<p>「おおお、こんなにたくさん<br>実らせることができたのね」</p>



<p>と気づくことが大事。</p>



<p>前回お伝えしたことは<br>まさにこれです。</p>



<p>だけど</p>



<p>ただ収穫しただけでは、まだ足りない。</p>



<p>収穫したトマトを食べてみて</p>



<p>「おおお、私が育てたトマトは<br>こんなに美味しいのか」</p>



<p>「こんなに美味しいトマトを<br>私は育てることができたのか」</p>



<p>と、そこも実感しなければ。</p>



<p>前回貴女が書き出したものが</p>



<p>貴女にとって<br>どんなに素晴らしいものか</p>



<p>これからの貴女の人生に<br>どれだけプラスになるものか</p>



<p>を見ていき</p>



<p>「こんなにいいことを<br>私はやってのけたのね」</p>



<p>と受け止めることが大事</p>



<p>ということです。</p>



<p>書き出したもの１つ１つを見ながら</p>



<p class="has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-bbb23cd7d00d04fdcba6327a3c43ed44"><strong>1.　それをすることで、貴女にとってどんないいことがあったか？<br>（ただ単純に「楽しかった」「気持ちよかった」というのも含みます。）</strong></p>



<p class="has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-69e51dca1577e3b4521051333328fe1f"><strong>2.　どんな気づきや学びがあったか？<br>（失敗に終わったり、「ハズレだな」と感じた経験であっても、それも「ああ、こういうふうにするとうまくいかないんだな」「じつは私はこれは好きじゃないんだな」と気づけた、という立派な成果です。）</strong></p>



<p class="has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f5f8c46019ded731494aad4636128b34"><strong>3.　今後の貴女の人生において、それがどういう形で役立ちそうか？</strong></p>



<p class="has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-49a7613f64f36e2f207561729d9cae1d"><strong>4.　1.〜3.を踏まえて、次のステップとして考えられるチャレンジがあるとしたら、どんなことが思い浮かぶか？</strong></p>



<p>というのを考え<br>各項目の周りの余白に書き込みましょう。</p>



<p>これによって<br>前回書き出したときよりもさらに</p>



<p>「ああ私、結構がんばったやん」</p>



<p>とか</p>



<p>「私、結構いろいろ楽しんだやん」</p>



<p>と実感できるかと。</p>



<p>それを感じながら、最後は<br>前回書き出した１つ１つの頭に<br><strong><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-mainttlbg-color">「花丸」</mark></strong>をつけてあげましょう。</p>



<p>ノートが花丸だらけになることで<br>自分のがんばりや成果が可視化され<br>貴女の<strong><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-mainttlbg-color">「やればできる」</mark></strong>という自信が<br>アップしますよ☆</p>



<p>さて、「自分に自信がない」以外にも<br>じつはもう１つ</p>



<p>「やりたいことがあっても<br>なかなか行動できない」ことの<br>大きな原因があります。</p>



<p>それは何なのか？</p>



<p>そして</p>



<p>どうやって解消するのか？</p>

<p>って心弾ませる人も多いはず。</p>



<p>でも１年が終わるころには</p>



<p>「ああ、気づけば今年も<br>やりたいことをあまりできずに<br>終わってしまう。。。」</p>



<p>としょんぼりする方も<br>少なくないですよね。</p>



<p>ちなみに貴女はこの年末<br>どうでしたか？</p>



<p>今年こそは<br>やりたいことをいっぱい叶えて<br>充実させたくないですか？</p>

<p>今年を、やりたいことをどんどんやれる<br>１年にしたいなら<br>ぜひ今すぐ取り組んでみてください♡</p>



<p>「やりたいことが思い浮かんでも</p>



<p>自分にはできる気がしない</p>



<p>どうせうまくいかない</p>



<p>というネガティブな思いに囚われて<br>動けない」</p>



<p>という方の場合</p>



<p><strong><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-mainttlbg-color">自信のなさ</mark></strong>が<br>やりたいことができない<br>大きな原因の１つです。</p>



<p>やりたいことを<br>どんどんやれるようになるには<br>まずは</p>



<p>自分に自信を持つこと</p>



<p>が大きなカギとなります。</p>



<p>自信にもいろんな種類がありますが<br>今回の自信は</p>



<p><strong><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-mainttlbg-color">「やればできる」</mark></strong></p>



<p>という自分の力に関する自信です。</p>



<p>「やればできる」という自信をつけるには</p>



<p><strong><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-mainttlbg-color">「やってみたらできた」</mark></strong></p>



<p>という実績を積むのが一番早い。</p>



<p>そのためには<br>まずはやってみるしかないんですよね。</p>



<p>やらなきゃ<br>「やってみたらできた」<br>という経験はできないので。</p>



<p>なので</p>



<p>「自信がないんです〜」<br>と言って、はなから何も行動しない<br>チャレンジしない人には、私</p>



<p>「つべこべ言わずまずはやってみろ！」</p>



<p>と背中を蹴りますw</p>



<p>ただ、うちに来られるお客さんの多くは<br>そのタイプじゃないんです。</p>



<p>むしろ<br>結構いろいろチャレンジして頑張ってる。</p>



<p>なのに、「自信がない」とおっしゃる。</p>



<p>このタイプの人の場合</p>



<p><strong><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-mainttlbg-color">「自分のチャレンジとその成果を<br>ちゃんとフィードバックしていない」</mark></strong></p>



<p>のが<br>いつまで経っても自信がつかない原因です。</p>



<p>やったらやりっぱなし</p>



<p>フィードバックしなければ</p>



<p>「やってみたらできたやん」<br>と認識できませんもんね。</p>

<p>あれをやっちゃってるタイプです。</p>



<p>このタイプの人は</p>



<p><strong><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-mainttlbg-color">しっかりフィードバックすること</mark></strong></p>



<p>が、自信アップにつながります。</p>



<p>というわけで１回目セミナーでは</p>



<p>２０２３年を振り返り<br>自分のチャレンジとその成果を<br>フィードバックしていただきました。</p>



<p>そうは言っても</p>



<p>今から１年も前となると<br>どんなことにチャレンジしたか<br>どんなことに頑張っていたか<br>あんまり覚えていなくて<br>挙げられるものが少なくなっちゃう</p>



<p>なんてこともありますね。</p>



<p>スケジュール帳に書き込まれている<br>予定や記録を見返してみると<br>それが手掛かりとなって<br>いろいろと思い出せます。</p>



<p>そして</p>



<p>ただざっくりと<br>「チャレンジしたことは？」<br>と考えても<br>なかなか出てこないかもなので</p>



<p>少し具体的に<br>こんな感じのことを探すといいです↓</p>

<p class="has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-aa228ada69ee93feba1a8134d75eebc6"><strong>2.これまでにもやったことはあったけど、あらためて今回頑張ってみたこと</strong></p>



<p class="has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4c72b2f709a388e2b932b3d244cc2d81"><strong>3.始めてみて少しの期間、続けられたこと（仮に途中でやめてしまって、今は続いていなくても、ある程度の期間続けられたならOK）</strong></p>

<p class="has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-062b15fe837dfddbfb608202ec6f4f38"><strong>5.今までも知り合いだったけど、２０２３年になって少しでも関係を深められた人</strong></p>



<p>そのやったことが<br>うまくいったかどうか、とか<br>意味のあることか、などは<br>横に置いておいてください。</p>



<p>「まあ、やったと言っちゃあ、やったわ」<br>くらいの感じで</p>



<p><strong><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-mainttlbg-color">やってみたものは<br>ある意味機械的に書き出すこと</mark></strong></p>



<p>これ大事です。</p>



<p>4.と5.は<br>「やったこと」ではなく「人」です。</p>



<p>チャンスや人生の転機って多くの場合<br>人を介してもたらされるものなので</p>



<p>人間関係の広がりや深まりは<br>それだけで貴重な収穫。</p>



<p>ぜひこれも書き出してみてください。</p>



<p>「出会ったけど気が合わなくて<br>すぐに距離を置いたわ」<br>という相手でも全然OK。</p>



<p>ひとまず書き出しましょう。</p>



<p>これらを書き出してみて見返すだけでも</p>



<p>「うわあ、案外私、去年だけでも<br>いろいろやれてたやん」</p>



<p>って自信が少し増すかもしれませんね。</p>



<p>でも、これだけでは不十分なんです。</p>



<p>まだここから<br>やっていただくことがあります。</p>



<p>それについては次回お伝えします。</p>



<p>まずは今日お伝えしたことを<br>やってみてくださいね♡</p>



<p>ちなみに私は、昨年１２月に<br>ロサンゼルスで開催された<br>ポストカード展に参加してみたよ☆</p>



<p>私が描いた<br>「花おっさん」のポストカードが<br>海外の方に購入されました！<br>（下の写真、向かって一番左の１枚）</p>



<p>これでまた<br>「やってみたらできた」<br>という自信が少しアップしたわ♪</p>

<p>トマトを栽培している人がいるとします。</p>



<p>良いトマトを育てるため、土を耕し<br>必要な肥料も施し、こまめに手入れし<br>（水はあまりあげないほうが<br>いいみたいですね。）</p>



<p>努力の甲斐あって<br>美味しそうなトマトがたくさん実りました。</p>



<p>でもその人は<br>トマトを実らせたまんま、収穫しません。</p>



<p>そのうちトマトは熟して、熟しすぎて<br>地面に落ちて、虫や鳥に食べられるか<br>腐って土に還っていきます。</p>



<p>その人は、また次の１年<br>トマトを育てます。</p>



<p>でもやっぱり<br>実ったトマトは収穫せず。。。</p>



<p>そのうちその人が言うんですよ</p>



<p>「な〜んか<br>トマトを育てても意味がないし<br>モチベーション上がらんのよね〜」</p>



<p>って。</p>



<p>そりゃそうやん！？</p>



<p>って、思わずツッコミを<br>入れてしまいません？笑</p>



<p>当たり前ですよね。</p>



<p>一生懸命育てて実らせたトマト<br>ちゃんと収穫して</p>



<p>美味しい美味しいって味わって</p>



<p>「頑張って育てた甲斐があったわ〜」</p>



<p>って自分の頑張りの結果を<br>讃え、喜ばないと</p>



<p>達成感も感じれないし</p>



<p>自信もつかないし</p>



<p>次また頑張ろうっていう<br>意欲も湧きません。</p>



<p>トマトだったら分かるでしょ。</p>



<p>でも、トマト以外で<br>これとおんなじことを<br>何年も何年も続けている人は多いです。</p>



<p>自分が１年のあいだに<br>何にチャレンジしたか、何を頑張ったか<br>何を達成できたか</p>



<p>具体的に振り返って<br>自分の労をねぎらい<br>頑張りを褒めてあげる</p>



<p>ってこと、貴女は<br>毎年この時期にやってますか？</p>



<p>それをせず、次の年になだれ込んでいると<br>せっかくいろいろチャレンジしたり<br>頑張ったり、達成しても</p>



<p>それ、貴女の自信にも次へ進む意欲にも<br>つながりませんよ。</p>



<p>トマトを一生懸命育てたのに収穫せず<br>そのまま腐らせてるのと同じです。</p>



<p>ぜひ今のうちに<br>（もう数日すると<br>年末のドタバタに突入するでしょ。）<br>この１年を振り返る時間を<br>とってくださいね♡<br>（ちゃんと紙に書き出そう。）</p>



<p>かくいう私も先日<br>ようやくやりました。<br>（例年よりちょっと遅かった。。。）</p>



<p>やってみて気づいたんだけど<br>自分で自分の頑張りを<br>認めてあげる、褒めてあげる<br>っていうのに慣れていない人だと<br>いきなり</p>



<p>「今年私がチャレンジしたことは？<br>頑張ったことは？達成したことは？」</p>



<p>なんて考えても<br>そうと認めるハードルが高すぎて<br>なかなか書き出せないかもですね〜。</p>



<p>なので<br>ちょっと意識的にハードルを下げて</p>



<p>ちょっとのチャレンジでも</p>



<p>ちょっとの頑張りでも</p>



<p>ほんの小さな達成でも</p>



<p>少々できなかった部分があっても</p>



<p>却下せず書き出して<br>褒めてあげてね。</p>

<p>だけど、この６ヶ月間<br>出来たことやうまくいったことばかりでは<br>ないですよね。</p>



<p>出来なかったことや<br>うまくいかなかったことも、あるはず。</p>

<p>「ああ〜、しくじったな〜」</p>



<p>「ダメだな〜」</p>



<p>と、ただ「うまくいかなかった」ことを<br>悔やみ、落ち込み、自分を蔑んで<br>終わっちゃいます。</p>



<p>これじゃあ、その経験は<br>貴女のこれからにとって<br>なんの栄養にもならないし</p>

<p>２０２３年も、もうすぐ<br>折り返しの時期です。</p>



<p>この頃になると<br>年始に張り切って、スタートを切った人も<br>初心を忘れ<br>ブレブレのダルダルになりがち。</p>

<p>一番不安だった搬入も<br>サポートチームのメンバーさんたちが<br>手伝ってくれたおかげで<br>いい感じにクリアできました。</p>



<p>そして翌日から、いよいよ個展がスタート。</p>



<p>「もう後は、楽しむだけやな」<br>と思っていたのです。</p>



<p>実際、初日は、ホンマ楽しかったです。</p>



<p>前日の搬入の<br>肉体的な疲労は残っていましたが<br>まあ、それだけでした。</p>



<p>私の絵を観て、愉快に笑っている<br>来場者さんたちを見て<br>とっても幸せな気分になりました。</p>



<p>そしてその幸せな気分で<br>夜、床に就いたのですが・・・</p>



<p>翌日の明け方、急に<br>強い恐れに襲われました。</p>



<p><strong><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-mainttlbg-color">「このまま、原画が１枚も売れなかったら<br>どうしよう」</mark></strong></p>



<p>今回の「花おっさん」シリーズの作品は<br>おそらく原画はほとんど売れないだろう<br>というのは、個展が始まる前から<br>予想はしていました。</p>



<p>普通に原画を買って家に飾って<br>絵画を鑑賞するような層の人たちに<br>好まれるタイプの絵ではないので。<br>（正統派のアートではなくて<br>おそらくイロモノ路線w）</p>



<p>そして、それはそれで<br>今回は良しとしようと思っていたんです。</p>



<p>今回はただ</p>



<p>「生きてるあいだに１回くらい<br>個展というものをやってみたい」<br>という当初の夢を叶えればいい</p>



<p>ということで。</p>



<p>だから、原画が売れなくても、想定内で<br>怖くもなんともないはずでした。</p>



<p>なのに、なぜかここへ来て、急に<br>「売れなかったら、どうしよう」<br>なんていう恐れが出てきました。</p>



<p>朝起きて、歯を磨いているとき<br>軽い吐き気がするくらいw<br>（恐れが強いと、吐き気がするらしい）</p>



<p>「個展を開催するという夢はクリアできそう<br>となった途端に、欲が出てきたかな？」<br>とも思ったんですけどね</p>



<p>もう１つ、ふと思ったんですよ</p>



<p><strong><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-mainttlbg-color">「本当は<br>その逆を恐れてるんじゃないの？」</mark></strong></p>



<p>って。</p>



<p>「原画が売れたらどうしようって<br>本当はそっちを恐れてるんじゃない？」</p>



<p>って自分に聞いてみたら</p>



<p>ゾワゾワゾワゾワ！<br>と胸の中が波立ちました。</p>



<p>なんでそれが怖いのかは<br>よく分からないけど</p>



<p>人ってじつは<br>幸せになったり成功することのほうが<br>怖かったりするみたいですからね</p>



<p>そういうことなんでしょう。</p>



<p>そして、ここを恐れていると<br>それがブレーキとなって<br>なかなか幸せになれなかったり<br>成功できなかったりします。</p>



<p>いや、正確には<br>自分がここを恐れていることに<br>​<strong><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-mainttlbg-color">気づかなかったり</mark></strong>​<br>恐れを<strong><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-mainttlbg-color">抑圧していると</mark></strong>、うまくいかない<br>って感じでしょうか。</p>



<p>なので私は、今見つけたばかりの<br>「原画が売れたらどうしよう」<br>と恐れている自分を、ただただ自分の中で<br>「そっか〜、怖いんやな〜、怖いんやな〜」<br>と優しく包み込み、見守りました。</p>



<p>その効果なのか、たまたまなのか<br>なんとこの日<br><strong><mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-mainttlbg-color">原画が１枚売れてしまいました！？</mark></strong></p>

<p>今回の個展は人生初ですが<br>自分の作品の原画を<br>誰かにご購入いただくのも人生初です。</p>



<p>まさか売れるとは思ってなかったもんだから<br>頭真っ白になった状態で領収書を書く私↓<br>（居合わせた創作教室の仲間が撮影w）</p>



<p>混乱して頭のお花が倒れかかっとるw</p>

<p>こんな感じで、個展２日目<br>また１つ、自分の中の恐れと向き合い<br>乗り越えることができたようです。</p>



<p>でも、この後、さらなる恐れと<br>向き合うことになります。</p>



<p>今回のは「軽い吐き気」でしたが<br>次のはマジでえずきましたw</p>

<p>個展を開くという夢の実現のために<br>まずは作品を３０枚描くことになり</p>



<p>それをしている数ヶ月間は<br>ほとんど恐れを感じることなく<br>スイスイ進むことができました。</p>



<p>でも、今年の年明けくらいに<br>３０作品という目標を達成し<br>いよいよ個展に向けて<br>具体的な準備を始める<br>となったあたりから、少しずつ<br>恐れが強まってきました。</p>



<p>準備を進めるにあたっては<br>いろんなことを<br>選択・決断していかなければなりません。</p>



<p>そして<br>自分が選択したものや決断したことが<br>どんどん形になっていきます。</p>



<p>どんな個展になるのかや<br>個展が成功するのか失敗に終わるのかが<br>これらによって決まっていくのかと思うと<br>１つ１つの選択や決断が<br>プレッシャーでした。</p>



<p>できれば選択したくない、決断したくない<br>現実から逃げたい<br>そんな気持ちも出てきます。</p>



<p>でも</p>



<p>先延ばしにした選択や決断が<br>どんどん積み重なってくれば<br>ますます気持ちがしんどくなって<br>決断できなくなる</p>



<p>というのも<br>今までの経験で知っていました。</p>



<p>なので<br>選択や決断を迫られたら<br>なるべくすぐに決断するようにしました。</p>



<p>それができたのは、おそらく<br>こんなことを心がけていたおかげかな〜<br>と思います↓</p>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>完ぺきを求めない</strong></li>



<li><strong>「まずいなと思ったら、後から選択を変えればいい」と考える</strong></li>



<li><strong>選択や決断する項目を細分化し、小さく刻んで選択・決断する</strong></li>



<li><strong>小さく刻んだ選択・決断をひとまず他者に投げかけ、その人とのキャッチボールの中で、修正したり、次の選択や決断に進んでいく</strong></li>
</ol>



<p>今回、特に私にとって<br>良かったな〜と思うのは、<mark style="background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)" class="has-inline-color has-mainttlbg-color">❹</mark>ですね〜。</p>



<p>もちろん最終の決断は<br>自分が下さなければいけませんが<br>それまでの過程は<br>誰かの助けを借りてもいいのですよ。</p>



<p>もともと人を頼るのが苦手な私ですが<br>今回これを心がけたことで<br>選択や決断することへの<br>恐れにつかまることなく<br>前に進むことができました。</p>



<p>恐れにつかまることなく<br>と言っても、恐れは感じていました。</p>



<p>結構、強かったw</p>



<p>特に、個展の１ヶ月前あたりからは<br>展示の配置や搬入の段取りを考えていて</p>



<p>「ホンマにこれで<br>スムーズに進むんやろか？」</p>



<p>と不安で不安で<br>ぐっすり眠れない日が続きました＾＾；</p>



<p>でも、搬入当日は<br>うちのサポートチームのみんなが<br>手伝いに来てくれて<br>私がモタついてるあいだも<br>テキパキと設営してくれました。</p>

<p>４時間以上かかったので<br>楽ちんだったとは言えないのですが<br>前もって不安に思っていたことのほとんどが<br>杞憂に終わりましたw</p>



<p>自分１人でなんとかしようとするのでなく<br>誰かの助けを受けるって<br>ホンマ大事ですね。</p>



<p>それは、今回の個展に限らず<br>貴女のどんな夢を叶えるにも<br>言えることです。</p>

<p>あ、そうそう</p>



<p>１ヶ月間、ぐっすり眠れなかった私ですが<br>個展前日の搬入を終えたら<br>その日から、元どおり<br>ぐっすり眠れるようになりました☆</p>



<p>どんだけ搬入が不安だったんだかw</p>



<p>そして、いよいよ個展が始まりました。</p>



<p>「一番怖かった搬入が終わったんやし<br>もうこれで、あとは楽しむだけやろ〜♪」</p>



<p>と思っていたのですが<br>じつはそうではなかったんですね〜。</p>



<p>このあと<br>私の中のもっと深いところにある「恐れ」が<br>今回の個展をきっかけに<br>浮上することになります。</p>
